How can I change my email address?
You can change your email address by emailing us at customerservice@tableeight.com.au and ask for your details to be updated. Please include details of your old email, new email and full name in your message.

How do I unsubscribe from Table Eight E-Club to stop receiving emails?
There are two ways you can unsubscribe from Table Eight eClub.
Click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email that Table Eight has sent you.
Email us at customerservice@tableeight.com.au and ask to unsubscribe and be removed from our mailing list. Please allow 7 days for this to take effect.

Table Eight Refund and Exchange Policy
Refund:

If you simply change your mind or make the wrong decision on either full price or sale items we will provide a refund within 21 days from the date of purchase if the item is unworn, in its original condition with tags attached and there is proof of purchase. The only exception to this policy is shapewear (eg Shatobu) and underwear due to health and safety reasons, in which case a refund will not be given.

 

Exchange:

If you simply change your mind or make the wrong decision on either full price or sale items we will exchange or issue a credit note within 21 days from the date of purchase if the item is unworn, in its original condition with tags attached and there is proof of purchase.

We will exchange, issue a credit note or refund an item if it is faulty as a result of manufacturer error and proof of purchase is provided.

For returns on lay-by items, the Refund and Exchange policy applies from the date of lay-by finalisation. Table Eight stores will exchange, issue a credit note or refund an item if it is faulty as a result of manufacturer error and proof of purchase is provided.

 

Gift Voucher:
Gift Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. The Gift Voucher amount will be verified on the receipt docket. No change is given and any balance that remains will be returned to the customer in the form of a Gift Voucher receipt for future purchases. Gift Vouchers expire 12 months after purchase. Any balance that remains after expiry will not be available for redemption.
